2. What we do

Surf Camps Portugal is an online intermediary. We help travellers find and book surf lessons, surf schools, surf camps and stays offered by independent businesses (“Partners”). We do not provide those services ourselves. When a Partner confirms your dates and you pay our booking fee, your contract for the surf service or stay is made directly with the Partner — see our Terms of Service.

Partners are responsible for holding the registrations their activity requires. Accommodation listings show the Partner’s Alojamento Local (AL) or RNET registration number, and listings show an RNAAT number where the Partner has given us one. We publish the numbers Partners declare to us.

3. Complaints

You can make a complaint in the official electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico): Livro de Reclamações. We answer complaints made there within 15 working days.

Separately from the official complaints book, you can also write to us at support@surfcampsportugal.pt. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

4. Consumer dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute with you, you may refer it to a consumer dispute resolution (RAL) entity — a consumer arbitration centre. The official list of RAL entities, kept by the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers, is at consumidor.gov.pt.

5. Contact point under the Digital Services Act

Our single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users of our service (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 11 and 12) is support@surfcampsportugal.pt. You can write to us in English or Portuguese.

6. Reporting illegal content

To report a listing, photo or text on our site that you believe is illegal, email support@surfcampsportugal.pt with: the link (URL) to the content; why you believe it is illegal; your name and email address; and a statement that the information in your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Every listing page also has a “Report this listing” link. We will confirm we received your report, review it, and tell you what we decided and how you can challenge that decision.
